This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Status of Children Act 1978 in certain particulars" (Act no.64/1988) amends the Status of Children Act 1978 (30/1978). This amendment provides detailed information relating to artificial insemination or IVF, and the status of children born to couples who are living as a married couple on a bona fide domestic basis. This amendment was repealed in 1995 by Statute Law Revision Act (No.2) 1995 (Act No.58) on 29 November 1995.
