The Aborigines Inland Mission (AIM) is an evangelical organisation which was formed in 1905. It was founded by a Baptist Missionary, Retta Long (nee Dixon). The Aborigines Inland Mission began work in the Northern Territory in the 1930s. AIM ran the Retta Dixon Home at Bagot Reserve and its missionaries staffed the Phillip Creek Native Settlement until 1952. In 1998 the organisation changed its name to the Australian Indigenous Ministries.
