Patient Record Cards is a series held by the State Records Office of Western Australia. It contains details of patients admitted to Derby Leprosarium, as well as details of patients treated externally to the Derby Leprosarium, including those treated at Perth and Wooroloo (in the ‘Dan “E”‘ register, and “Metro” cards). These records also include statistical data from 1961 to 1972.
