Description: This is a copy of an image published in The Argus on Monday 9 December 1929. The image shows the outside of the Methodist Babies' Home and the crowds on its opening day. The original caption reads, 'The new Methodist Babies' Home, on a fine site overlooking the river at South Yarra was opened on Saturday by Mr. F. J. Cato. Methodists from all parts of Victoria attended. The gathering in front of the home.
