An Act to Amend the Children’s Services Act 1965-1970 in certain particulars(Act no. 72/1971). This act makes many amendments to the Children’s Services Act 1965 including but not limited to, issues of child mental health, children and the court, the power of the court to demand repayment of money provided for a child’s support by a individual who is deemed to be reasonably expected to support the child. Supervision of children, specific reference to interim orders for custody, and the employment of male children only in street trading. This amendment was repealed in 1995 by the Statute Law Revision Act 1995 (Act No.57).
