The Children’s Courts Act Amendment Act 1930 (Act No.21 Geo. V No.29) with the full title “An Act to Amend “The Children’s Courts Act of 1907″ in certain particulars” details the role of the Magistrate of Children’s Courts and some other provisions relating to the Children’s Court for the Petty Sessions District of Brisbane. This amendment and the principle act it amends – The Children’s Court Act 1907 (Act no. 7 Edw.VII No.3) was repealed in 1966 by the Children’s Services Act 1965 (Act no.42/1965).
