Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2004, Queensland

Details

This act with the full title “An Act to amend particular Acts to increase child safety, and for other purposes” (Act no.13/2004) aimed to implement the recommendations from the Crime and Misconduct Commissions report Protecting Children: An Inquiry into Abuse of Children in Foster Care.
