This is a picture of a painting by Mollie Tomlin OAM, a well known artist of Glenorchy buildings. The painting is held by Glenorchy City Council. The children at Rosebank Cottage lived in an extension attached to the house. The Spastics Association, later Cerebral Palsy Tasmania used the house for administration and clinics.
