The Children’s Services (Amendment) Act 1991 (Act no. 65/1991) amended the Children’s Services Act 1986. It partially commenced on 31 October 1991, with the remainder on 7 January 1992. The Act was repealed by the Children and Young People (Consequential Amendments) Act 1999 on 10 May 2000.
