Gundanah Group Home, in Gladstone was operated by the Salvation Army. It was licensed 3 September 1979 under the Children’s Services Act 1965. Funding for the home ceased February 1987.

Granada Hostel

Granada Hostel, 49 Stewart Road, Ashgrove was operated by the Hospitaller Order of St John of God. It opened 18 August 1979 and was licensed under the Children’s Services Act 1965. It closed 1 December 1985.

Glen Loeman Family Group Home

Glen Loeman Family Group Home, in Ayr, was operated by the Uniting Church. It opened on 1 November 1981 and funding ceased around 1990.

Fatima Home for Children

Fatima Home for Children, in Toowoomba, was operated by the Order of the Sisters of Mercy. It was licensed on 5 September 1974. Loretta Cottage was established 1981/82 and closed 11 May 1984. David Henry Transitional Lodge

The David Henry Transitional Lodge in Chermside, was operated by the Presbyterian Church, and from 1977, by the Uniting Church. It was licensed on 25 March 1975 and the first girls moved in on 7 May 1975. It ceased operating as a licensed institution on 30 June 1978.
