Christian Centre Family Group Homes

Christian Centre Family Group Homes were located in Moreton Street, Eidsvold. They were operated by the Federal Aborigines Mission Board of the Churches of Christ. The Homes opened and were licensed in late 1976. The closing date is unknown but it was no longer licensed in 2001.

Bundamba Lodge

Bundamba Lodge opened 6 August 1983, as a residential facility specifically for adolescents. It is operated by Churches of Christ Care, a division of Churches of Christ. Bundamba Lodge was in operation in 2014, providing crisis care accommodation for young people.

The Heather Anderson Home was established by Miss Heather Anderson of Moonee Ponds in around 1967. It functioned somewhere between a private foster home and a children’s home and accommodated four children (two sibling groups).
